The NHLI Education Centre, based at the Royal Brompton Campus, is a venue available for hire for educational and training events and conferences.? It supports NHLI's programme of clinical and academic short courses and other academic events held in association with its associated hospitals.
The Education Centre Co-ordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the NHLI Education Centre and any event held within the Centre.? The role also involves line management responsibility of the Academic Events Administrator. Due to the nature of the events held within the NHLI Education Centre, the post involves periods of high activity with flexible working required.
The role is suited to any applicant interested in a career in event administration and management in a university environment.
You should have previous administrative experience in a service organisation environment, preferably in a Higher Education setting. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible and liaise with people at all levels.
This post is full-time and open-ended, and based at the Royal Brompton campus.
