Unless you're riding a tandem, bicycles aren't really designed for two passengers. You can jam a child seat on the back for infants, or a couple of pegs on the back wheel to carry a friend, but neither of those solutions seem as novel or original as Jared Loveless' scooteRack: a rear-mounted retractable scooter that serves as a trailer for passengers.
