Borderlands 2 review - Barnes & Noble Book Clubs

Borderlands GOTY PS3??Hey all from Mac World.?? This is my first review written on my now macbook.? I am hoping with a working a computer I will be able to review more often and make even better reviews.? My smart phone when I would review stuff would block all my text together I think I won?t have that problem now.? Now on to the review

This is one of the best video games I have ever played on PS3.? You play as one of five characters*? Axton, Salvador, Maya, Zer0, and Gaige*? each have an unique power.? Axton can summon a turret gun, which rains down bullets at his enemies.? Salvador can for short periods of time dual weld weapons increasing his damage.? Maya has magic powers that can trap and teleport enemies away called phase?? enemies will attack that one and he can then can kill them stealth like,?

Now you probably noticed the * earlier by the fifth character she?s downloadable content.? Gaige is by far though the best character in the game.? She summons a robot called Deathtrap which is similar to Axton?s Turret but first the robot moves around and two is much more powerful then his Turret.? She also has abilities like Close Enough, which makes bullets that ricochet bounce off and can still hit her enemies.? Also an ability that when her gun clip is full she regenerates her health.

This is basically a first person shooter with RPG elements.? This is the perfect game that would like to play a FPS but isn?t one of the hardcore types that destroy lesser talent players just for the fun of it.? Yes that was a shot at you Call of Duty jerks.

The story is full of funny dialogue throughout such as Claptrap who I like to refer as R2D2 with potty mouth.?? The four heroes from Borderlands return as well as nonplayable characters this time.? Ronald is the leader of the resistance against the bad guys, Lilith is even more powerful ever as she now using an alien gem source to enhance her magic power.? Mordecki I think I spelling that wrong is now a spy for Ronald?s group which your character by the way becomes Ronald?s go to guy or girl to get things done.?

You can play with up to three other players online.? I usually play with just one other though, we are pretty good friends so and we play together on a lot of games.? Anyways the game also equally enjoyable as a single game but the missions get tougher as you progress and a friend or friends can even the odds for you.

Help me down the crooked road. Lead me to the light. I'm not sure I know the way but with you beside me, I'm certain we'll make it through.
